Requirements
> Bachelor's degree in management or a related field
> Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement and branding
> Excellent written and verbal communication skills
> Proficiency in Microsoft Office
> Knowledge of budget management and resource allocation
> Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
> Creativity and innovation in designing engagement activities
> Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with employees at all levels
