Duties
The incumbent serves as the Locally Employed Staff project communications expert in Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) Nepal. Under the supervision of the Resident Country Director (RCD), the incumbent develops and manages a wide range of communications activities, policy positions, contract oversight, and other issues related to the public relations and communications under the Compact agreement between Nepal and the U.S. The incumbent is responsible for creating effective working relationship with MCC Washington, the government of Nepal, media, civil society, private sector and key stakeholders in Nepal, and the donor community.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in the field of Mass Communications, Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Public Administration, or local equivalent is required.
