1. Head of Research
The Head of Research will play a critical role in driving informed investment decisions and developing strategic insights to support the company’s growth and innovation in capital markets.
Specification
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or related field (CFA Charter holders preferred). Candidate with knowledge of econometrics or basic of python will be valued.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in research, analysis, or investment management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of Nepalese capital markets, financial instruments, and regulatory environment.
- Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the research team in conducting comprehensive analysis of capital markets, economic trends, industries, and listed companies.
- Develop and publish high-quality research reports, market commentaries, and investment insights.
- Build and maintain financial models for valuations, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Guide research initiatives to support product development, portfolio management, and strategic investment decisions.
- Collaborate with scheme managers, portfolio managers, compliance, and other departments for aligned decision-making.

2. Corporate Advisory Officer
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial analysis, valuation techniques, and deal structuring, with the ability to contribute to client engagements across multiple sectors.
Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, investment banking, and financial statement analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines related to corporate finance in Nepal (SEBON, Company Act, etc.).
Experience
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in financial advisory, investment banking, or a related role.
- Prior experience in corporate valuation, deal structuring, or transaction advisory is highly preferred.
- Experience working with clients across sectors including banking, manufacturing, infrastructure, or services will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial models, company valuations, feasibility studies, and investment proposals.
- Support the execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), due diligence, capital restructuring, and transaction advisory assignments.
- Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and reports for corporate advisory mandates.
- Conduct industry research and financial benchmarking to support advisory engagements.
- Collaborate with legal, tax, and technical experts for integrated deal structuring.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to collect data, understand business needs, and present findings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the execution of advisory transactions.
- Support senior team members in business development activities and preparation of proposals.

3. Compliance Officer
Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in a compliance-related role within the financial or investment sector.
- In-depth understanding of industry regulations and compliance frameworks in Nepal.
- Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations, customer due diligence (CDD), and risk assessment.
- Familiarity with SEBON regulations, merchant banking rules, and government acts related to capital markets.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and committed to legal and ethical standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in AML/CFT implementation, internal audits, and compliance reporting.
- Experience in handling compliance for Merchant Banking and Private Equity Funds preferred.
- Practical knowledge of documentation, reporting systems, and regulatory audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, develop, and implement AML/CFT policies and internal compliance procedures.
- Oversee all business operations related to compliance including investments, internal controls, and reporting obligations.
- Design and monitor control systems to align with internal and external compliance policies.
- Conduct regular assessments of compliance frameworks and suggest enhancements.
- Review and evaluate departmental practices to identify risks and improve process efficiency.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure cohesive compliance implementation across functions.
- Lead employee training on AML/CFT, regulatory changes, and compliance culture.
- Track, review, and implement relevant regulatory updates and ensure organizational adherence.
- Prepare and submit reports to senior management and regulatory bodies (e.g., SEBON, NRB).
- Manage reporting and compliance responsibilities specific to AML/CFT, Merchant Banking, and Private Equity.
- Maintain proper compliance records related to Specialized Investment Funds, including legal documents and investor KYC.
- Ensure dynamic updates to policies and processes in line with the evolving regulatory environment.

4. Marketing Executive / Digital Marketer
Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience in marketing or graphic design (preferably in financial institutions, agencies, or corporate settings).
- Proficiency in graphic design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Premiere Pro, or Canva.
- Familiarity with social media management tools, basic video editing, and content planning.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Creative flair with attention to detail and ability to handle feedback constructively.
- Knowledge of capital markets, mutual funds, or investment-related services is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Communication:
- Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns that align with company goals.
- Manage digital platforms including website, email marketing, and social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging content (text, visual, and video) for brand promotion and investor education.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support strategic initiatives.
Creative Design & Branding:
- Design high-quality graphics and layouts for use in promotional materials, brochures, investor presentations, social media, event backdrops, and more.
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all visual communications.
- Develop concepts and visuals in coordination with internal teams and vendors.
- Support internal events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns with creative materials.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with the business development and investment departments to support product visibility.
- Coordinate with printers, designers, and media partners for the production of marketing assets.
- Prepare marketing performance reports and suggest data-driven improvements.
