1. IT Assistant
Level of Staff: Assistant level (System Administrator / Network Administrator Track)
NIMB Ace Capital Limited is a leading investment and merchant banking company licensed by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON). We are looking for a motivated and adaptable IT Assistant to support our IT team in maintaining and enhancing our infrastructure, systems, and security environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing IT infrastructure and virtual machine (VM) environments.
- Support implementation and monitoring of security systems including Firewalls, VPNs, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions.
- Assist in system integrations and ensure smooth interoperability of applications.
- Act as a secondary escalation point for technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Support networking tasks including configuration and troubleshooting.
- Assist in ongoing IT projects and contribute to successful execution.
Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in BCSIT, BEIT, BE Computer, Software Engineering, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT support or system/network administration.
- Energetic, proactive, and highly adaptable individual.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
2. HR Assistant
NIMB Ace Capital Ltd is a leading investment management and merchant banking firm in Nepal. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team in daily operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen interest in HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support attendance, leave, and payroll-related coordination
- Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Coordinate internal communication and HR activities
- Support employee engagement and administrative tasks
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an HR role
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and office administration
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in HR will be an added advantage
