Position: ICT & Cyber Product Specialist
- Department: Enterprise Business
- Location: Kathmandu, but can be placed anywhere in Nepal as per business need
- Reporting To: Unit Head- Product, Commercial
- Number of Openings: 2

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product planning, including requirement definition, feature prioritization, and product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals, market trends, and customer needs lifecycle management
- Drive successful product launches in collaboration with marketing, engineering, and sales teams (GTM, positioning, pricing)
- Identify new ICT & Cyber product opportunities based on market and customer needs
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to maintain product relevance and competitiveness
- Monitor product performance and KPIs, leveraging data-driven insights for continuous improvement
- Make strategic decisions on product features, enhancements, and direction
- Lead and mentor product teams, ensuring alignment with KPIs and fostering professional growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product execution

Education Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field with 4 years of Experience or Master degree with 2 years of experience in Product Management.
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and market research techniques
- Strategic thinking with strong business acumen
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
