1. Position: Assistant Specialist- Ncell Center
- Department: Customer Experience    

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of Ncell Centers, ensuring smooth customer interactions, query resolution, and first Visit Resolution.
- Design and execute plans prioritizing a customer centric culture, ensuring all actions align focusing CSAT uplift.
- Manage vendor staff, monitor occupancy, and provide necessary guidance for optimal performance.
- Drive center profitability by aligning with Daily/ Monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Sales targets.
- Implement world class customer service standards and strategize service and sales enhancements in coordination with management.
- Actively participate in marketing initiatives to boost sales and effectively execute promotional schemes/ local festive offers
- Ensure efficient operation of the Q-management system and reduce customer wait times.
- Maintain proper documentation, including customer subscription forms and records, for archiving and compliance.
- Handle customer complaints and complex subscriber queries, ensuring proper follow-ups and feedback collection.
- Manage workflow, staff schedules, and maintain high service levels through team motivation and training.
- Foster a friendly customer service environment by ensuring a positive in-store experience.
- Operate and oversee franchise store operations while executing directives from management as needed.

Qualification and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field, preferably in Management.
- Preference for relevant experience in managing loyalty program and customer experience projects.

2. Position: Specialist/Engineer
- Department: Customer Experience    

Purpose:
- We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver cross-functional projects that drive strategic business outcomes. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and project management expertise to ensure successful execution of initiatives that span multiple departments and business units.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Coordinate across functions (IT, Marketing, Sales, Operations, HR, etc.) to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, cost, resource, and communication plans.
- Contribute to the project as business analyst to ensure requirement management is proper and forward looking
- Facilitate project governance, including preparation of steering committee updates, risk logs, and stakeholder communications.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring alignment with PMO standards.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices.
- Ensure proper change management practices are followed to facilitate adoption of project outcomes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
- Contribute to the evolution of the PMO framework, tools, and templates.
- Well versed with managing agile software development teams
- Proven track record of implementing digitization projects and programs
- Collaborate and contribute towards building digitization strategies of the organization

Qualification and experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Computer Engineering / Management or a relevant field with 4 years of relevant experience OR a Master’s Degree/ Professional Degree in Engineering / Computer Engineering / Management or similar field with 2 years of relevant experience.
- At least 3-5 year experience as Project manager or Project Lead in IT/ Technology whereas 2 years managing project of moderate complexity.
- A Project Management certification will be an added advantage.
- Experienced in implementing automation and digitization projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a matrixed organization.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.).

3. Position: Unit Head-Digitization
- Department: Commercial

Purpose:
- Planning execution and lead digital transformation in Commercial function.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop strategy, effective planning and execution of digital initiatives
- Lead to deliver Commercial team business KPI's in collaboration with rest of commercial team
- Facilitate to provide digital solutions to resolve specific business challenges for commercial team
- Bridge commercial team with technical team and solution provider to better understand /interpret business requirements
- Coordinate with commercial SPOC to get necessary approvals from Ncell management to implement digital initiations.
- Collaborate with SPOC in finalizing initiations G.T.M plans and KPI and present these plans to commercial leadership for approvals.
- Review digital initiatives KPI's once the system is live and highlight achievements and shortfall to senior leadership team in timely manner.
- Brainstorm with digital initiative SPOC and leadership team to come up with next step plans and recommendations on how to excel or achieve the targeted numbers of each initiative
- Coordinate with SPOC’s in training user group & market survey to get end user insights to enhance system capabilities and platform adoption.
- Liaise with technical team and solution provider to deliver these enhancements as per business timelines.
- Identify individual targets in cooperation with immediate supervisor and perform work professionally and with loyalty and integrity.
- Define targets according to annual instructions and report the results. Delegate the sub-target setting to the team and follow-up on results.
- Execute performance management process including target setting, follow up, evaluation, and development plans for employees.
- Ensure continuous internal communication including regular meetings within the organization units.
- Coordinate functional training within team to acquire required competences.
- Define and propose annual and long-range budget (CAPEX and Opex) aligned with business initiatives and technology objectives within given authority and budget.
- Monitor and follow-up on planned budget to ensure smart spending and cost optimization wherever possible without compromising on agreed KPIs.
- Maintain positive team spirit among colleagues to ensure effective realization of targets focusing on the overall success of the company and the satisfaction of customers.
- Understand and fully adhere to the company values and code of conduct and act as role model and ambassador of the company.

Qualification and experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management or relevant field with minimum 8 years of relevant experience OR Master’s Degree in Management or relevant filed with at least 6 years of relevant experience
- Preferably with managerial experience
- Proven experience in the digitization and cross functional liaison
- Experience of planning and implementing digitization projects in line with business requirements

4. Engineer: Portal & Applications
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end applications, ensuring seamless front-end, back-end, and infrastructure integration.
-  Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and DevOps best practices to enhance deployment efficiency and reliability.
-  Work closely with Product Owners to refine user stories, prioritize backlogs, and deliver features aligned with business goals.
- Develop and maintain high-performance, secure, and scalable APIs and micro services.
- Diagnose and resolve application issues, conduct root cause analysis, and maintain system stability.
- Monitor application performance, track KPI's, and implement improvements for optimal user experience.
- Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, testing, and deployment best practices.
- Assess and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools to foster innovation and efficiency.
- Ensure cloud-native development (where applicable), optimizing for scalability, cost, and security.
- Maintain documentation for architecture, processes, and deployments to support knowledge sharing.
- Support product lifecycle management, from feasibility analysis to post-launch enhancements.
- Lead E2E solution development from Architecture to development cycle using IT development framework.
- Implementing and lead DevOps Team, structure, guideline for development and embed DevOps culture in Organization.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Application/Software Engineering/Information Technology with 4 years of working experience in relevant field OR Master's Degree / Professional Degree with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- 4+ years of working experience in software development or DevOps.
- Good knowledge of IT/Telco industry standards and technologies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and DevOps methodologies.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable applications and micro services.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or Go.
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot, .NET).
- Expertise in working with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and optimizing queries.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with API design, RESTful services, and GraphQL.
- Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.

5. Assistant Engineer – Packet Transport Network

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for strategy planning and capacity planning to forecast extension based on company’s strategy and concepts with regards to Data Communications.
- Plan and maintain peering with International and Local Partners (IPT, IXP, NPIX etc.) and implement Internet Load Sharing, Performance Based Routing, Internet security and availability.
- Plan and Optimize internet services to achieve better customer experience (Cache deployment, CDN peering, reduce latencies, etc.)
- Support for preparation of AOPs, technical solutions, specifications and guidelines.
- BCA and BoM preparation for projects, annual operations of responsible domains.
- Responsible for network planning, implementation, upgrades, operation, network security of packet transport network including implementation of IPS protection, DOS/ DDOS defense.
- Internet resource management, public IPV4/IPV6 address space management.
- Network and Security infrastructure planning for CDN, cloud services, video streaming, IOT etc.
- Firewall Operation & Development and DMZ Planning.
- Plan and manage Site2Site and Remote accesses technologies.
- Plan and manage DNS, NTP, FTP, SMTP services.
- Provide Load balancing and HA solutions for services and protection with WAF.
- Organize L2 protection and implement security for wireless and wired networks.
- Wireless development and operation.
- Designing of user/enterprise network and User/enterprise level firewall management.
- Monitoring system and Management systems: SNMP, Syslog, TACACS, Radius, SQL based on *NIX platform.
- Provide high level of network redundancy and availability.
- Implement Multi site (2 sites) reliability and BCP.
- Perform security incident investigation and audit.
- Responsible for up-to-date architecture/diagram and database of responsible domains.
- Stock/spare management of responsible domain.
- Timely resolution of fault, alarms or other issues escalated by NOC, SOC on 24x7 basis.

Qualification & Experience
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in engineering / computer science/ computer application or relevant field.
- Experience in a similar field along with managing and operations of routers, switches, firewalls, security solutions, *NIX platforms will be preferred.
- Experience with multi-vendor environment like Cisco, Juniper, Extreme networks, F5 networks, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Arbor networks, Nessus, Core impact etc. will be preferred.
