1. Job Description: Business Analyst- Enterprise & International Business

Role Purpose:
Provide data-driven insight into Ncell's Enterprise and International Business segments, enabling the B2B commercial team and senior leadership to optimise revenue, manage accounts, and identify growth opportunities. The Business Analyst (Enterprise & Int Business) brings analytical rigour to the more complex, lower-volume, higher-value side of Ncell's business — including corporate accounts, government, wholesale, and international roaming and interconnect. The role requires the ability to work with structured commercial data, understand B2B revenue drivers, and communicate findings to sophisticated stakeholders.
2. Position: Assistant Engineer/ Assistant Technical Specialist

Role Overview:
The operational engineer is responsible for ensuring stability, performance, security, and compliance of all infra-cloud-hosted services. The role involves maintaining cloud infrastructures and prem infrastructures supporting integrations, provisioning, deprovisioning, and overseeing operational governance, including inventory, risk assessment, and system reliability.

The Business Analyst (Consumer) bridges the gap between business questions and data answers — translating commercial challenges into analytical frameworks and presenting findings in a way that drives action. The role is critical to understanding customer behavior, revenue performance, and market dynamics in Nepal's competitive telecom landscape.
4. Position: Asst. Specialist/ Specialist- (Legal)

Role Overview:
To provide high-impact legal, regulatory, and executive support to the Chief Corporate & Regulatory Affairs Officer (CCRAO). The role ensures seamless coordination, structured documentation, informed decision-making, and timely execution of corporate and regulatory priorities.
5. Position: Asst Engineer/Asst. Technical Specialist

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct security testing & assessment including reviewing and verifying vulnerability findings, following up for closure, and validating security fixes. Support coordination with vendors or application/system owners for remediation
- Assist in security review and clearance of new applications, systems, technologies.
- Assist in responding to alerts from security tools / sources, including identifying false positives and supporting incident response actions.
- Assist in updating use cases and fine-tuning detections to improve monitoring effectiveness.
- Operate and maintain security tools to monitor, detect and respond to threats, performing periodic health checks and reporting
- Assist in creating accurate and timely security reports and documentation, including metrics on alerts, incidents, security tools coverage and overall security posture, among others.
- Support the development of technical solutions and improvements to security processes and tools, automating repeatable tasks to strengthen security posture
- Support policy implementation, control mapping (e.g., NTA CyberSecurity Byelaw 2020, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, etc), and compliance efforts.

Role Purpose:
Lead the strategic direction, governance, and delivery of Ncell's Business Intelligence function. The Head of BI is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive commercial, operational, and strategic decisions across the organization. The role will architect and scale a high-performing BI team capable of supporting Ncell's TelCo-to-TechCo transformation, embedding AI-readiness, and establishing data as a competitive asset.
