1. Specialist – Business & Network Analytics

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in management, IT, computer science with 4 years of working experience in telecom or digitally intensive multinational organization in field related to business analytics, customer experience or related field OR Master’s Degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experienced data analytics business partner with end-to-end ownership of analytics and reporting across all platforms.

Profile
- Skilled in user engagement tracking, funnel and retention analysis, real-time event monitoring, and deriving actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Adept at cross-functional collaboration with commercial, IT, and data science teams to deliver strategic, data-driven solutions.
- Proven expertise in automating data processes, ensuring data quality, and translating complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Passionate about enabling stakeholders through impactful reporting, training, and continuous improvement in digital analytics capabilities.
- Reviews situations or problems related to the work and presents all perspectives clearly for analysis.
- Reviews and recommends new solutions or techniques to improve work output
- Try to review links beyond own work area.
- Seeking to learn more about other parts of the unit, or function.
- Proactively seeks out customers' input to obtain feedback on performance.
- Effectively communicates with others to obtain needed information or support.
- Adapt rules or recommend alterations in normal procedures to get a job done well.

2. Position: Assistant Engineer – Operation Support System

Qualification and Experience
 - Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering / IT
- Experience in the similar field will be an added advantage.

Profile
- Good experience in communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Experience in basic level of programming and database management
- Understands and collates details of situations or problems at work
- Implements agreed initiatives effectively
- Understands linkage of own work beyond his / her area
- Seeks to learn more about other parts of the unit
- Understands impact of own performance on customers
- Understand processes to gather needed information or support
- Adapts to agreed rules to get a job done
- Works on constructive feedback to improve one's work performance.

Duty Station:
Kathmandu but can be placed anywhere in Nepal as per business needs or future requirements
