1. Position: Commercial Director – Enterprise Business
- Number of Requirement: 1

Purpose:
- Strategic oversight of an organization's commerce-related activities, including business product development, Martketing Programs, Brandcom contract negotiation, risk management, and ensuring profitability and financial stability of the Enterprise unit. The Product Lifecyle and Financial Responsibility from development to deployment will be the core focus of the commercial head.

Main responsibility areas
- Commercial Management across the product lifecycle, financial models and business case development

Qualification and Experience:
- Master’s Degree / Professional Degree with 10 years of working experience along with 8 years in managerial experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with 12 years of working experience along with 8 years in managerial experience in Industrial Engineering, or Similar Degree that focuses on Product Development and Commercial Management.
- Has been in Telecommunication and Retail Market Environment for the past 15 years
- Strong analytical and Process management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage projects.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

2. Position: Chief Financial Officer
- Number of Requirement: 1

Main responsibility areas:
- Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy, vision and roadmap for the organization aligning it with the overall business goals.
- Understand all relevant financial provisions and regularly direct and guide Ncell Management and departments ensuring full compliance of such financial provisions.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
- Act as a trustee of the investors safeguarding their investment in Ncell by ensuring adherence to approved Limit of Authority while operating the business
- Ensure accounting of all company transactions and preparation of the statutory reports to be submitted to state authorities within provisions of law
- Manage preparation of shareholders periodic reports ensuring transparency of operations of the organization among the shareholders
- Coordinate Financial Operational Plan and processes for effective Financial Service delivery to Business Units and Investors
- Manage and approve treasury operations (deposits, borrowing, bank and cash payments and collections) of the organization optimizing safety of principal funds and returns from the available funds
- To identify financial strategy and operations targets, relevant performance indicators and provide direction for their implementation ensuring smooth operation as per plan.  
- Understand relevant performance measurement indices ensuring effective service delivery to internal customers and investors
 - Attend Management Committee meeting to understand internal customers’ requirements at a broad level and plan strategies ensuring effective service delivery
- Business Units in developing Business Case (financial section) for new services, products and projects
- Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance through regularly performance review of team members, and guide / develop them to conduct their respective jobs effectively
- To provide the distribution of workload within the organization according to the company strategy, employees’ job descriptions and individual targets.
- Ensure smart spending, zero based budgeting and revenue focused planning in operational areas
- Ensure close coordination, review mechanisms & develop governance framework with partners / vendors for required services

Qualification and Experience
- Higher professional degree in Finance or international certification in finance
- Master’s Degree / Professional Degree with 15 years of working experience along with 8 years in managerial experience
- Must have led finance function in a multinational organization’s environment
