Position: Realtor - Field Officer

Job Description
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Realtor - Field Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. You will identify client needs, conduct property visits, negotiate deals, and build long-term relationships with clients. Whether you have prior sales experience or are a motivated fresher eager to start a career in real estate, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Understand clients' requirements, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property visits and accompany clients during site inspections.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through various marketing and networking activities.
- Negotiate property deals and support clients throughout the sales process until closing.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property inquiries, and transactions.
- Coordinate with property owners, developers, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and real estate regulations.
- Achieve individual sales targets while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold its brand values in all client interactions.
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and company events to continuously improve sales and product knowledge.

Specification
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in sales and the real estate industry
- Ability to visit properties and understand clients' requirements and preferences
- Good negotiation and closing skills
- Leadership qualities and a result-oriented mindset

- Must have a two-wheeler with a valid license
