PHASE Nepal’s health, education, livelihoods, research and strengthening the concept of independent living projects are currently running across various rural communities in Nepal. PHASE Nepal is currently looking for suitable candidates for the following position:
Health Supervisor (Few positions)
- Duty Station: Barekot and Kushe Rural Municipality in Jajarkot district, Nepal
- Qualification: Should have completed Health Assistant (HA), PCL Staff Nursing, B.Sc. Nursing, or BPH with Nursing degree.
- Experience: A minimum 2 years experience in delivering training and conducting awareness programs, particularly in areas like reproductive health, safer motherhood, newborn care, and community health. Priority will be given to candidates who have received additional training in palliative care and sexual health awareness.Working with government health institutions, HFMC, or community health programs in remote areas is highly desirable.Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in computer applications, are essential.
- Total Gross: Salary NRs.45,000
Required skills
- Proven expertise in designing and delivering training, awareness programs etc. particularly in community health, palliative care, climate induced health hazards
- Excellent interpersonal communication, IT and report writing skills
- Willingness on teamwork and creating a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to accurately analyze situations and make well-informed decisions under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the local context, high degree of morale and readiness to work with vulnerable people in remote isolated locations.
