Position: Sales Executive
SriLankan Airlines is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and target-oriented Sales Executive to support and grow its sales operations in the Nepal market. The ideal candidate is responsible for promoting airline products and services, managing client relationships, handling sales inquiries, supporting travel partners, and achieving assigned sales targets.

The role involves close coordination with travel agencies, corporate clients, and internal airline teams to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote airline products, routes, fares, and services to travel agencies, corporate clients, and individual customers.
- Handle sales inquiries and provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, and booking options.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate accounts, and key clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
- Support ticketing partners and travel agencies in resolving booking-related queries.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and travel demand patterns.
- Coordinate with internal revenue, operations, and reservations teams for smooth service delivery.
- Prepare regular sales reports, performance updates, and market feedback reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and support expansion of airline sales network.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional service standards.

Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Aviation Management, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in the airline, travel, or aviation-related industry, will be an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve sales objectives
- Good understanding of airline operations, ticketing, and the travel industry preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client relationships
