Aloft Kathmandu Thamel is on the lookout for dynamic dedicated and career-oriented professionals, preferably from 4/5 star-rated hotels for the following positions

1. Restaurant Manager
- Minimum S years of experience in a similar capacity at international locations and brands with Pre-opening and operation experience. Assist Director F&13 in day-to-day tasks relating to the outlet including operations, sales, marketing, and profitability.

2. Lounge Manager
- Minimum 2 years of International experience in a similar capacity, preferably in World Class Lounge. Will act as an Ambassador of the Lounge for elite clientele and report to Director of Food & Beverage.

3. Sous Chef, CDP, Commis chefs — (Oriental. Nepali/Indian. Continental)
- Vocation­al training/ diploma or equivalent degree in a related field. Significant knowledge and familiarity in creating and experimenting with new dishes with 2-3 years of experience in a similar position with knowledge of multiple cuisines.

4. SPA Executing
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity of managing Spa The applicant should have excellent customer engagement skill and help promote and upsell the Spa services and revenue.

5. Mithai/ Halwai Chef
Intermediate or equivalent degree with minimum 2-3 yrs. of experience as a Mithai/ Halved; chef (Sweet & Savoury).

6. Restaurant Hostess
- Minimum 2-3 years of International experience of dealing with clientele of various nationalities in World Class Lounge or High-end Restaurant. Should be fluent in English and knowledge of foreign language will be added advantage. The applicant should have excellent customer engagement skill and help promote and upsell the outlets.

7. Bartenders
- Preference shall be given to candidates with experience abroad in luxury hotels or High-end clubs with various flaring and showmanship qualities to deliver guest satisfaction.

8. Spa Therapists:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity in reputed Spas.

9. F&B-Service Associates
- BHM or equivalent degree in hospitality with 1 year of experience shall be given preference.
