1. Head - Compliance Department
- Location: Head Office

Job Purpose:
Head - Compliance is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the Bank’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT) programs. The role ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements, conduct risk assessments, and monitor suspicious transactions. The role involves reporting to regulatory bodies and advising senior management on compliance and financial crime risk.

Qualification:
- CA / Masters’ degree in Management or equivalent from the recognized university with second division or above.

Experience:
- For Senior Manager Position: Minimum 10 years of experience in Commercial or National Level Development Banks with at least 6 years of experience in related job functions.
- For Manager Position: Minimum 8 years of experience in Commercial or National Level Development Banks with at least 5 years of experience in related job functions.
- For Deputy Manager: Minimum 7 years of experience in Commercial or National Level Development Banks with at least 4 years of experience in related job functions.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in their most recent position, and the last-held position must be at least at the level of Senior Officer in a Commercial Bank or Assistant Manager in a National Level Development Bank.

Age Criteria:
- Age not less than 25 years as of vacancy deadline.

2. Information Technology Department: System Administrator – Cloud, Windows & Linux Infrastructure
- Location: Head Office

Job Specification:
Highly skilled System Administrator to manage, secure, and optimize our IT infrastructure. The role requires solid experience in Windows and Linux server administration, virtualization, cloud platforms, networking, and security.

Qualification:   
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (BSc. CSIT, BCA, BIT, BE Computer, BIM, BSc. ICT) from a recognized university.

Age Critera:
- Officer Level: Age not less than 21 years and not exceeding 40 years as of vacancy deadline.

3. Information Technology Department: System Support: Supervisor / Senior Assistant / Assistant (Few)
- Location: Head Office

Job Profile:
This position supports the organizations IT infrastructure by assisting in the configuration, maintenance, and management of computer systems, servers, networks and associated hardware and software. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring stability and end user technical support. 

Qualification:   
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (BSc. CSIT, BCA, BIT, BE Computer, BIM, BSc. ICT) from a recognized university

Experience:
Knowledge on computer hardware and software maintenance and troubleshooting or having equivalent certification. Candidates must have Knowledge of windows or mac OS operating system.

Age Critera:
Assistant Level: Age not less than 18 years and not exceeding 35 years as of vacancy deadline.
