1. Chief Information Technology & Digital Transformation Officer: Senior Manager/Manager/ Deputy Manager (1)
- Location: Head Office
- Job role: The Chief Information Technology & Digital Transformation Officer is responsible for defining and executing the organization's IT strategy, ensuring the alignment of IT initiatives with the overall business objectives. The Chief Information Technology & Digital Transformation Officer oversees all aspects of information technology, including infrastructure management, cybersecurity, software development, data management, and IT operations. This role plays a critical role in driving innovation, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the security and reliability of the organization's IT systems.

2. Head-AML CFT /Compliance Department: Senior Manager/Manager/Deputy Manager (1)
- Location: Head Office
- Job Purpose: Head – AML CFT / Compliance is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the Bank’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT) programs. They ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements, conduct risk assessments, and monitor suspicious transactions. The role involves reporting to regulatory bodies and advising senior management on compliance and financial crime risk.

3. Branch Managers: Senior Officer/Officer/Junior Officer/Supervisor (Few)
- Location: All Province
- Job specification: This position ensures the efficient daily operation of the banking facility, including product sales, customer service, lending, compliance, security and safety in accordance with the Bank’s objectives.

4. Relationship Managers / Officers: Officer/Junior Officer/Supervisor/Senior Assistant (Few)
- Location: All Province
- Job Specification: This position must have knowledge of credit and marketing, credit appraisal/procedures and compliance with the NRB Directives.

5. Remittance Officer: Officer/Junior Officer/Supervisor (1)
- Location: Head Office
- Job Specification: This position is responsible for managing remittance operations including inward and outward remittance services. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and AML/CFT requirements in remittance transactions. Provide customer support related to remittance queries, complaints, and problem resolution and preparing reports, reconciliations, and documentation related to remittance.

6. Chartered Accountant (CA)/ACCA: Officer/Junior Officer (Few)
- Location: Head Office
- Job Specification: Candidates must have thorough knowledge of NRB Directives, BAFIA, NFRS, IFRS, GAAP, Auditing Standards and other relevant rules and regulations to banking.

7. Semi Qualified CA: Supervisor/Senior Assistant (Few)
- Location: Head Office
- Job Specification: This position is responsible for financial reporting, auditing, taxation and financial management of the department ensuring the accuracy, transparency and reliability of financial information which is essential for decision making.

8. Information Technology Department: System Administrator - Cloud, Windows & Linux Infrastructure: Senior Officer/Officer/Junior Officer (1)
- Location: Head Office
- Job Specification: Highly skilled System Administrator to manage, secure, and optimize our IT infrastructure. The role requires solid experience in Windows and Linux server administration, virtualization, cloud platforms, networking, and security.

9. Information Technology Department: System Support: Senior Assistant/Assistant/ Junior Assistant (2)
- Location: Head Office
- Job Profile: This position supports the organizations IT infrastructure by assisting in the configuration, maintenance, and management of computer systems, servers, networks and associated hardware and software. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring stability and end user technical support. 

10. Legal Assistant: Supervisor/Senior Assistant/Assistant/Junior Assistant (1)
- Location: Head Office
- Job Specification: This position must have knowledge labor law, company law and banking regulations. This position is responsible to look after the legal aspects of human resource issues including staff service matters, disciplinary actions and policy compliance and maintain records of legal correspondence, court cases and HR related legal files.
