Position: Ticketing Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international airline ticket reservations and issuance.
- Manage ticket rebooking, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary changes.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for outbound travel arrangements.
- Provide accurate fare quotations and travel information to clients.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely processing of travel bookings.
- Assist customers with travel schedules, baggage policies, and visa-related travel information.
- Maintain accurate booking records and customer data.
- Resolve customer queries and ticketing-related issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with airline rules, travel policies, and company procedures.
- Coordinate with sales and holiday teams for smooth travel operations.

Specification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ticketing and outbound travel operations.
- Strong knowledge of international airline ticketing and reservation systems.
- Experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
