Position: Marketing Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media activities. Prepare promotional content and marketing materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Promote the High Flyer Club and enroll new members.
- Maintain member records and assist with reward points and benefits.
- Handle member inquiries and resolve membership-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
- Support events, promotions, and customer loyalty initiatives
