Position: Ticketing Officer

- Offered Salary : NRs. 30,000 - 45,000 Monthly

Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 2 years

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a ticketing or travel-related role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficient in computer systems and ticketing software.
- Knowledge of airline and hotel booking procedures and policies.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in ticketing or IATA accreditation is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all ticketing processes, including issuing, booking, and cancelling tickets.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all ticketing information, including pricing, availability, and customer data.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to secure our customers' best rates and deals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in ticketing policies to ensure compliance and provide the best service to our customers.
- Process refunds and exchanges as needed.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new ticketing procedures and systems.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all ticketing transactions.
