Position: Ticketing Officer
- Offered Salary:NRs. 25,000 - 55,000 Monthly

Key Responsibilities:
- Process ticket bookings and modifications efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist customers in selecting travel options that best meet their needs, providing expert advice on routes, fares, and schedules.
- Collaborate with airlines and vendors to resolve ticketing issues and discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, pricing structures, and ticketing systems.
- Generate and analyze reports related to ticket sales and customer feedback to enhance service offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Ensure timely issuance, reissuance, and cancellation of tickets as per customer requirements
- Maintain strong coordination with airline partners for fare updates and availability
- Support team operations to ensure smooth daily ticketing workflow and customer satisfaction

Specification
- Proven experience in a ticketing role within the travel industry, with a strong understanding of ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including GDS systems.
- Strong ability to handle customer queries and provide accurate travel solutions under pressure
- Willingness to learn and adapt to airline and travel system updates
