Position: Executive Assistant to the General Manager
- Education: Bachelor’s / Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 3 to 5 years as executive assistant to the General Manager or in similar role.

Knowledge and Abilities
- Responsible for providing efficient and responsive administrative assistance to the General Manager’s Office.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records as required.
- Ability to draft and edit formal business documents.
- Professional demeanor with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Coordinate / schedule daily meetings with internal and external guests.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgement, and remain calm under pressure.
