VACANCY NOTICE
Caritas Nepal, a prominent non-governmental organization, is seeking applications from eligible Nepali individuals for positions at the Caritas Nepal Province Office in Kohalpur, specifically for the Nepal Livelihood and Resilience Program Phase II (NLRP-II). The program aims to bolster the social welfare and resilience of disadvantaged farming households and communities. In pursuit of this primary goal, the project emphasizes three key areas: enhancing food security and resilience to climate change, raising household incomes, and enhancing social protection measures.

Program Assistant

> Designation: Program Assistant
> Location: Caritas Nepal Province Office, Kohalpur with frequent travel to program area/municipalities.

Requirements and Qualifications
> Bachelor’s degree in social science or development-related fields.
> Working experience in Child development sector, Cooperative Development sector and social Development sector.
> Minimum of 2-3-years relevant program implementation and report writing experience in a professional environment, preferably in social and child sector.
> Excellent knowledge of and experience on reporting writing and case stories, good practices prepare and presentation.
> Strong communication and influencing skills using evidence-based methods;
> Technical competence in evidence-based monitoring and evaluation approaches and practices both for accountability and learning processes;
> Excellent understanding of data and information phases/needs for programme management and decision- making;
> Excellent ability to articulate oral and written technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences;
> Experience with both quantitative and qualitative methods, including guidance/tool/SOP development, and facilitating community-level and key stakeholder KIIs & FGDs;
> Experience with KoBo Toolbox or other ODK software is desirable.
> Fluent in both English and Nepali.
> Having Motor bike driving licenses is an advantage.
