Position Title: Project Coordinator (PC)
- Project: Enhancing a Protective Environment for Every Child (EPEEC)
- Duty Station: Caritas Nepal Provincial Office Damak (Frequent travel to the Project Location)
- Project Location: Gauriganj Rural Municipality, Jhapa District
- Reports To: Provincial Manager/Program Manager CN HO
- Supervises: Senior Social Mobilizer, Social Mobilizer, and Volunteers

Contract Duration: Initially 1 year (renewable based on performance and project continuation)

Job Summary
The Project Coordinator (PC) will be responsible for the overall field-level planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the project activities in Gauriganj Rural Municipality, Koshi, Jhapa. S/he will ensure the project is implemented effectively in line with Caritas Nepal’s and donor guidelines, with a focus on Child-Friendly Local Governance (CFLG), child protection, community mobilization, and stakeholder engagement. The PC will work closely with the Provincial team, project technical partner, local government, schools, child clubs, community groups, and other stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.
