The programme is implemented in partnership between federal, provincial, and local governments. Helvetas Nepal provides technical assistance to the programme on behalf of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). Job Description
Coach/Mentor: Provincial Program Manager

Key learning objectives: The trainee will gain first-hand knowledge of a professional working environment and acquire skills in the field of migration and development. The trainee will learn about the different phases of migration, as well as the related challenges and prospects. Under the overall guidance and supervision of the Provincial Program Manager, the trainee will have the opportunity to learn about the dynamics of the labour migration sector, project/program cycle management, the Migration Resource Centres (MRCs), Employment Skills and Entrepreneurship Centres (ESEC), federal state building and the role of the three spheres of government and their linkages to the migration sector.
