Yeti Airlines, Nepal’s leading domestic airline, is seeking a visionary and highly accomplished Chef Finance Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team.

The CFO will play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence, shaping investments strategies, and supporting the company’s long-term growth, including future IPO considerations


Position: Chief Finance Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, lead, and execute robust financial strategies to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
- Provide strategic leadership in Investment planning, capital structuring and long-term financial decision-making.
- Spearhead financial readiness for Initial Public Offering (IPO) and capital market engagement.
- Manage assets transactions and financial
- Investor Oversee banking and relationships, oan negotiations, and regulatory compliance.
- Supervise budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and financial reporting functions.
- Ensure compliance with local and International financial, regulatory frameworks. tax and
- Support executive decision-making and provide financial leadership to employees
- Ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping practices
- Oversee effective fund planning and financial management
- Timely completion of internal and external audit
- Conduct tax audits promptly and maintain full compliance

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional certification (CA, CPA, ACCA) strongly preferred.
- Minimum 10-15 years of senior financial leadership experience, with proven success in large-scale financial operations, banking relationships, and international Investment
- Experience with IPO processes end capital market regulations will be a strong advantage
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Age: 35 years and above.
