1. Sales Trainee - To start career in Sales with Nepal's Leading Alco Beverage Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Support trade sales strategies, product placement, and stock monitoring.
- Assist in brand awareness campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze competitor trends.
- Travel to different regions to explore new market opportunities.
- Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Willingness to travel, work flexible hours, and own a 2-wheeler with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities:
- Handle both front-of-house (cashiering, beverage preparation) and back-of-house (rolling, mixing) duties.
- Maintain quality, hygiene, and excellent customer service.
- Work efficiently in a fun, fast-paced environment.
