VACANCY NOTICE
Excel Development Bank Ltd., a well established Province Level (Koshi Province) Development Bank, having its Head Office at Birtamode, Jhapa, invites applications from highly motivated, skilled, dynamic and result oriented qualified Nepalese citizens who have passions to excel in banking sector for the following position for its different clusters:

Cluster Head (Up to Deputy Manager)
> Required Number: 3

Criteria:
Age: Below 45 years as of application deadline day

Minimum Qualification and Experience:
> Master’s Degree in Management/Economics
> Minimum 7 years banking experience with at least 5 years experience in leadership role. (Current position of applicants must be officer & above)

> Develop and implement innovative and sustainable business growth strategies;
> Revitalize business retention strategy and creates avenues for excellence banking service to customers;
> Candidates must be able to develop and assurance the effective implementation of marketing strategies, budgets, and plans. They must also have good credit, recovery, marketing, and better results, the candidates should be able to coach, develop, and groom team members. He or she must be able to guide the branch to accomplish the desired results while improving the clientele’s experience. In addition to having the ability to oversee the branch’s overall operations and financial performance, the candidates should have good interpersonal and communication skills and the capability to establish relationships with all stakeholders and the general public.
> Experience from working for commercial banks will be given more preference.
