August 7, 2018: BBA 4th Semester students from D.A.V. College in association with Sports and Event Management Club are organizing the second edition of the three day long DAV Intra-College Shankar Lal Kedia Memorial Futsal Cup-2018 in memory of late Mr. Shankar Lal Kedia. He was a prominent industrialist and a social worker who contributed in establishing numerous industries with sophisticated technology all over Nepal. He also pioneered in establishing DAV Kedia schools.

The event starts today with a formal session addressing Mr. Shankar Lal Kedia, father of the present Chairperson, Mr. Anil Kedia, followed by league tournament between different teams from D.A.V. Plus-two (Science, Management and Humanities) and Bachelors- BBA, BBS and BSc from DAV. Attractions include entertainment, food stall, game stalls, face painting and half time entertainment. Winners-both boys’ team and girls’ team- of the tournament will be awarded with cash prize.
