Kathmandu: For those desperately waiting for SLC exam results, here’s some good news: The Office of the Controller of Examination (OCE), Sanothimi, is all set to publish the results before June 28.

Surya Prasad Gautam, the examination controller, today said they are working round-the-clock to meet the deadline.

“We are keeping our nose to the grindstone to publish the results at the earliest,” he said. “I assure that the result will come out before June 28.”

According to the controller, they are busy collecting the answer sheets from different parts of the country. “We have already received the answer sheets from most of the districts.”

As per the OCE, a total of 496,243 students had sat for the SLC exams at 1,672 centres across the country. Similarly, 8,140 students from 89 open schools and three expatriate students from Somalia, Germany and Korea had appeared in the exams that started began on March 24 and ended on April 1.
