The results of the School Leaving Certificate (SLC) examinations (2067) held earlier this year is likely to be published by Monday evening.

According to Office of the Controller of Examinations Sanothimi, this year 55.5 % of the total examinees under the regular category have made it through while 17.3 5 from the exempted category.

The SLC, considered as the Iron Gate of school education in Nepal, was held in March this year.

Altogether 4,96,243 examinees had appeared in the exams.

Of the total examinees under regular category, 2,29,140 were male and 2,06,620 female. Similarly, of the 8, 140 examinees under exempted category, 4,578 were male and 3,662 female.
