Lalitpur: Patan Multiple Campus could not open even in ten days of the closure by the campus administration due to tensions emerging from clashes between ANNFSU and ANNISU-Revolutionary.

Even if NSU Campus Unit President Deepen Bantawa's made initiative by taking ANNISU unit Chairman Ishwori Guragain, ANNISU Sixth Unit Chairman Basant Khanal, ANNFSU Unit Chairman Keshav Raj Dhakal Suresh, FSU President Jhapindra Khatri to meet TU VC Prof. Dr. Hira Bahadur Maharjan, they have not been able to get appointment.

The five organisations have accused Campus Chief Aman Shrestha of neglecting management committee, NUTA, FSU and favored UCPN-Maoist side and increased hooliganism, and have submitted a memorandum Friday saying the best option is the resignation of Shrestha.

"He will not change, the only alternative is his resignation," said NSU Unit chairman Bantawa.

Chairman of the NUTA Campus Unit Govind Narayan Jha said no one wants to meet because of the campus chief, as he closed campus without consulting anyone.
