The Kantipur Media Group and the Higher Secondary Schools’ Association Nepal (Hissan) are set to organise an education fair starting June 25 to help students, who have passed the SLC examinations, find a suitable higher secondary institution for further studies.

The three-day “Kantipur Hissan Edu-Fair 2015” to be organised at Exhibition Hall in Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu, will feature some 150 Nepali academic institutions. Hissan Chairman Umesh Shrestha said the fair will help students select a higher secondary school of their choice. “After SLC, choosing an institution of one’s choice is a daunting task and this keeps students in a dilemma. In this fair, SLC graduates can choose the school of their choices under a single roof,” he said.

Organisers said the event will give a message that educational institutions in the country are capable of imparting quality education. The fair is aimed at bringing students, parents and the best educational institutions together to share right information about higher secondary education in the country.
