Bhairahawa: A publication house and the writers distributed educational materials to the HIV infected children. The materials were bought with the money earned from the sells of booklet written on the awareness of drugs addiction.

The amount of money collected from the sells of booklet entitled, "Lagu Padartha Duruprayog Sabaile Jannai Parne Kura" written by Gopal Banjade and published by Tewa Samuha Publication, distributed the educational materials for three HIV infected children.

The materials were distributed for protecting those HIV infected children from being deprived from the rights to education, said Banjade.

Banjade said that each child was felicitated with the scholarship of worth Rs.2500 and other educational materials.

During the progarmme organized by Tewa Drug Addiction health Center of Bahirahawa on Monday, Chief of District Police Office of Rupandehi, Sher Bahadur Basnet, handed over school bags, exercise books and color sets to the children.

Two children of Asaha Jyoti Sahayog Samuha and one from Shakar Samuha were felicitated in the programme.

Moreover, during the programme Tewa Drug Addiction Heath and Rehabilitation Center also conducted awareness programme on drug addiction and educated people from the possible harm of the addiction.
