ANNFSU padlocks CTEVT offices
Kathmandu: All Nepal National Free Students Union (ANNFSU), aligned to CPN-UML, on Wednesday padlocked the offices of the vice-chairman, member secretary and administration division in colleges under the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training. Issuing a press statement, ANNFSU charged that despite a two-month stir in nursing colleges in Rupandehi district, the CTEVT refused to address their demands, therefore, they were forced to padlock the central office of CTEVT. Their demands include scrapping arbitrary fee charged from students, action against nursing colleges operating without standard, management human resources and other facilities for a nursing college.
