1. Chartered Accountant- Finance Department
- Requirement : 1
- Work area : Head Office
Job Summary:
The position shall be provided with the responsibilities of developing and implementing strategic financial plan, annual operating and capital budgets, financial analysis, revenue management, preparation of the financial statements, and providing data-centric support to the Top Management. The position will report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) in parallel to the Chief Executive Officer.
Qualification& experience
> Qualification : Must be a Chartered Accountant
> Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in managerial level in non-life insurance industry or 5 years of experience in managerial level in banking/financial sector in Finance Department.
> Candidates with experience of working in similar role are encouraged to apply.
> Age limit : not exceeding 45 years
2. Trainee/Assistant Level/ Officer Level - Marketing Department

Job Summary
The position will support the Sales and Marketing Department in promoting insurance products, developing client relationships, and assisting in various sales and marketing operations. This position is designed to provide handson experience in the insurance industry while building foundational skills in client handling, policy sales, and marketing strategy execution. Qualification& experience:
- Candidates must have a minimum qualification of 10+2; preference shall be given to candidates with Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Insurance, Marketing, or Economics for trainee and assistant level; candidates must have minimum of Bachelor’s degree for Officer level
- Freshers with interest to build career in non-life insurance are encouraged to apply for trainee level
- Candidates should possess two-wheeler and licence.

3. Overseer/Civil Engineer – Claims Department

Job Summary:
The position will be responsible for the technical evaluation of claims related to civil works, engineering, and construction projects. The role includes conducting field/site inspections, damage assessments, preparing technical reports, and coordinating with surveyors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and fair claim settlements. The incumbent will also provide engineering insights to support underwriting and risk assessment functions within the department.
Qualification& experience:
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in construction supervision, structural evaluation, or insurance claim assessment.
- Candidates must have strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Must possess a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
- Age limit - 30 years
