With the mission of delivering sustainable microfinance services at the doorstep of the deprived sector target societies; Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha ( SWBBL), was registered with the Company Registrar’s Office as a limited company under the Companies Act, 2053 on October 5, 2001 (Ashwin 19, 2058) and obtained a license from Nepal Rastra Bank– the Central Bank of Nepal on January 3, 2002 (Paush 19, 2058) to operate the financial activities under Development Bank Act, 2052.

VACANCY NOTICE
Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd.(SWBBL) announces vacancy for the various positions:

1. Junior Assistant Trainee
> Level: 4th
> Required no.: Few
> Qualification: SEE pass or equivalent from reputed educational institution with GPA 1.6
> Exam fee: Rs. 500

2. Assistant Manager Trainee
> Level: 6th
> Required no.: 4
> Qualification : BCom/BBS/BBA or equivalent from reputed educational institution
> Exam fee: Rs. 100

Key Details:
> Preference will be given to the candidate having motorcycle/scooter license
> Competition type: Written exam, field concept, computer operation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, internet, etc)

AGE LIMIT:
For Junior Assistant Trainee
- Male: Should have completed 18 yrs and should not exceed 35 yrs
- Female: Should have completed 18 yrs and should not exceed 40 yrs

For Assistant Manager Trainee
- Male: Should have completed 21 yrs and should not exceed 35 yrs
- Female: Should have completed 21 yrs and should not exceed 40 yrs

Age Limit shall not be applicable for current employees of the bank and financial institutions.
