VACANCY NOTICE
Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited, a leading National Level Development Bank, managed by a highly professional and experienced team in the banking sector, invites applications from highly competent, energetic, and self-motivated Nepalese citizens for the positions as detailed below.

Branch Manager
- Managerial Level (Manager/Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager)- Few
- Officer Level (Senior Officer/Officer/Junior Officer)- Few
- Branches : Inside Kathmandu Valley and other existing Branches across all Seven Provinces (Koshi Province, Madhesh Province, Bagmati Province, Gandaki Province, Lumbini Province, Karnali Province and Sudurpaschim Province)

Minimum Requirements :
- Education : Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Master’s Degree) in Management from a recognized University/College

Experience (Managerial Level) :
- Minimum 8 years of comprehensive banking experience in branch operations and credit functions, exclusively within Class ‘A’, ‘B’, or ‘C’ licensed financial institutions
- Must have at least 4 years of experience as a Branch Manager and/or Assistant Branch Manager

Experience (Officer Level) :
- Minimum 6 years of comprehensive banking experience in branch operations and credit functions, exclusively within Class ‘A’, ‘B’, or ‘C’ licensed financial institutions
- Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Branch Manager and/or Assistant Branch Manager

Other General Requirements for above positions :
- Excellent Communication and Leadership skills are mandatory
- Age : Not exceeding 52 years for Managerial Level and 40 years for Officer Level as on the last day of application
- Must possess a Driving License
- Corporate position will be offered based on relevant job experience and academic qualifications, as deemed appropriate
