Marketing Executive
We are seeking experienced, qualified, dynamic, and result-oriented candidates for the position of Marketing Executive to oversee marketing activities and support in branch operations in Kathmandu Valley, Pokhara, Gaighat, and Itahari.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve first premium collection (FPI) and sales targets by managing and leading the sales team.
- Recruit, develop, and manage agents to meet agent creation targets.
- Ensure timely renewal premium collection and maintain acceptable policy lapse ratios.
- Prepare and implement strategic business plans to expand the customer base.
- Set objectives and monitor performance of sales representatives.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare sales, revenue, and performance reports for management and Head Office.
- Coordinate with banks, finance companies, and other financial institutions.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and reports within assigned deadlines.

Other Specification
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (insurance or financial sector preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
