Position: Managerial Role – Information Technology

Are you a visionary IT professional with a passion for cybersecurity, digital innovation, and tech leadership? We are looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking candidate for a Managerial Position - IT to drive our technology strategy, secure our digital assets, and lead our tech transformation. In this Managerial Position - IT, you will safeguard and elevate our tech ecosystem- managing IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, information security, and regulatory compliance. You will ensure seamless business operations while pioneering innovative technological solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic IT Leadership: Plan, execute, and monitor IT strategies, departmental operations, and annual tech budgets.
- Infrastructure & Cloud: Oversee servers, enterprise networks, databases, cloud platforms, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Develop and enforce ICT security standards, access controls, and risk management policies while ensuring compliance with Nepal Insurance Authority (NIA) regulations.
- Systems & Software: Supervise software development, system implementations, core updates, and change management.
- Vendor & Asset Management: Oversee procurement, contract negotiations, vendor performance, and IT asset life cycles.
- Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and evaluate the IT team while building a strong culture of cybersecurity awareness.
- Digital Transformation: Research and deploy emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Academic Requirement: Bachelor's Degree

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 5–7 years of relevant IT experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Sector Advantage: Experience in Insurance, Banking, Financial Institutions, or FinTech is strongly preferred.
