SuryaJyoti Life is one of the largest life insurers in terms of capital base, investments, life fund, number or branches, agency network and policy holders. We are seeking career oriented and highly motivated individuals to be part of the team for the following roles:

1. Branch Manager
- Vacant Branches: Damak, Lalbandi, Okhaldhunga, Rasuwa, Sitapaila
- Education Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from recognized university
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance, Banking and Finance sector
- Age Limit: 21-40 years

Required Skills:
- Sales and marketing
- Effective Communication
- Leadership
- Knowledge of Life Insurance Products

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train and mobilize insurance agents to meet business target
- Ensure prompt and excellent service to agents and policyholders
- Build and manage a high-performing team of insurance agents
- Oversee all branch operations for smooth functioning of branch
- Contribute to the overall success and brand reputation of the branch
- Display highest standard of professionalism and maintain company standards with a positive attitude

2. Trainee Assistant
- Vacant Branches: Bhotewodar, Lalbandi, Rasuwa
- Education Qualification: Minimum 10+2 (intermediate) passed however, preference shall be given to Bachelors passed in Management/Business Studies from recognized university
- Age Limit: 18-35 Years

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Email communications, fluent typing skills in Nepali and English
- Basic knowledge of general accounting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Life Insurance Products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out data entry and oversee underwriting process during customer onboarding
- Provide prompt service to agents and policy holders
- Coordinates with various departments at Head Office for smooth branch operations
- Provide support with various agent related activities
- Display highest standard of professionalism and maintain company standards with a positive attitude
