Surya Jyoti is one of the largest life insurers in terms of capital base, investments, life fund, number of branches, agency network and policyholders. We are seeking career oriented and highly motivated individuals to be part of the team for following roles:
1. Position: Branch Manager
Vacant Branches
- Madhesh Province: Nijgadh
- Bagmati Province: Bhaisepati
Education Qualification
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; candidates holding a Master’s degree in Management/Business Studies from a recognized university will be given preference
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Insurance, Banking and Finance sector
Age Limit: Up to 40 years

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train and mobilize insurance agents to meet business target.
- Ensure prompt and excellent service to agents and policyholders.
- Build and manage a high-performing team of insurance agents.
- Oversee all branch operations for smooth functioning of Branch.
- Contribute to the overall success and brand reputation of the branch.
- Display highest standard of professionalism and maintain company standards with a positive attitude.
2. Position: Trainee Assistant
Vacant Branches
- Koshi Province: Biratchowk
- Lumbini Province: Bhairahawa
Education Qualification
- Minimum Intermediate or 10+2 passed however preference shall be given to Bachelors passed in Management/Business Studies from the recognized university
Age Limit: Up to 35 Years
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Email communications. Fluent typing skill in Nepali and English
- Basic knowledge of general accounting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Life Insurance and related Product
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out data entry and oversee underwriting process during customer on boarding
- Provide prompt service to agents and policy holders
- Coordinates with various departments at Head Office for smooth branch operations
- Provide support with various agent related activities
- Display highest standard of professionalism and maintain company standards with a positive attitude
