Sunrise Securities
1. Junior Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Assist customers in filling out KYC (Know Your Customer) forms and documentation
- Verify and collect required documents as per company policy
- Maintain accurate customer records and data entry
- Coordinate with concerned departments for customer issues
- Ensure proper follow-up and timely service delivery
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
Specification
- Minimum +2 (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Prior experience in customer service or related field will be an advantage
- Good communication skills (written and spoken)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and email handling)
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good documentation and data entry skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
- Basic knowledge of compliance and KYC procedures (preferred)
2. Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recording journal entries and daily transactions
- Maintain vouchers and supporting documents
- Support ledger posting and bank reconciliation
- Assist in preparing financial reports
- Maintain proper filing and documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the accounts department
Specification
- Minimum +2 in Management / Accounting (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- General knowledge of journal entries and basic accounting principles
- Basic knowledge of VAT, TDS (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Skills & Competencies:
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Honest and responsible attitude
3. Junior Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update books of accounts
- Prepare financial statements, reports and trading/settelment
- Handle bank reconciliation and ledger management
- Manage VAT, TDS, and tax filings
- Assist in audit preparation and coordination
- Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Strong ethical standards and confidentiality
Basic criteria for selection
The selection criteria are as follows:
- University degree
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience in stock brokerage and related functions
- Experience in financial research and analysis
- Knowledge of existing laws and regulations regarding capital markets
