We are looking for a highly competent and visionary leader to guide the organization in the role of Chief Executive Officer.

Position: Chief Executive Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sustainable growth and profitability. 
- Oversee the company's overall operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to best practices.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals. Foster strong relationships with clients, regulators, and key stakeholders.
- Represent the company in industry events, regulatory discussions, and professional forums.

Eligibility Criteria:
- A Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in capital markets, financial services, investment management, or related sectors.
- At least 5 years in a senior managerial role, with a demonstrated record of effective leadership, people management, and strategic decision-making. In-depth knowledge of the Nepali capital market landscape and its regulatory framework.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt, plan and execute in a dynamic, and growth focused environment.
