Position: Sales and Marketing Officer
Star Micro Insurance Company Limited is seeking a dedicated and motivated employee for Marketing & Sales for our Pokhara Branch.

This role focuses on expanding the company’s customer base, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting Star Micro Insurance’s products and services to help achieve branch business goals. The ideal candidate will take initiative, communicate effectively, and contribute to the company’s continued growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement marketing and sales activities for the company’s insurance products and services.
- Identify and approach potential clients, including individuals, groups, and organizations.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with the branch team for smooth operations and client support.
- Handle and support claim inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain and update systems for policy renewals and client information to enhance service quality.
- Prepare brief reports on field activities, marketing efforts, and customer interactions.
- Assist in promotional events and local marketing initiatives when required.

Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication).
