1.HEAD OF DEPARTMENTS:
Underwriting, Re-insurance, Sales & Marketing, Information Technology, Legal & Compliances, Operations & Administration, Claims, Finance and Human Resources.

Skills & Qualifications:
> Master’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of Managerial experience in Life Insurance Companies or in banking sector.
> Structured, result-oriented, and well versed with financial/insurance laws and regulations.
> Leadership capabilities and strategic visionary.
> CA with Master’s degree is required for the position of Finance Head.

2.BRANCH MANAGERS & MARKETING STAFF:
This is an experience based Officer to Middle Level Managerial position. Required for all major cities (inside and outside Kathmandu valley) across the country (Clearly mention your preferred location/s in the application).

Skills & Qualifications:
> Minimum Graduate in any faculty with at least 3 years of work experience in Life Insurance Company’s Branch Sales and General Management.
> Excellent leadership and communications skills to expand profitable agency distribution business channel.
> Self-driven and goal oriented fresh Master’s degree holder are also encouraged to apply along with business idea and plan.


3.CORPORATE SALES & MARKETING:
This is an experience based Officer to Middle Level Managerial position.

Skills & Qualifications:
> MBA degree is mandatory.
> Having excellent leadership and communication skills to expand B2B/Corporate life insurance business.
> Experience in Corporate/Institutional sales and managing Alternate Delivery Channel will be an added advantage.
> MBA degree (Marketing) is mandatory.

4.ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF (HEAD OFFICE/BRANCH OPERATIONS):
Assistant level to Officer Level based on relevant experience for all major cities (inside and outside valley) across the country.

Skills & Qualifications
> Self-driven, team player and goal oriented individuals with good communication skills.
> Intermediate and above for assistant level, Graduate level and above for officer level. Fresher are also encouraged to apply.
