1. Position: Junior Officer/ Officer / Senior Officer – (Few)
- Inside Valley & Outside Valley Branches
- Should be graduate in any discipline
- Should have 3-5 years of experience in insurance sector, MNCS or Similar field
- Candidate should possess sound knowledge of non-life insurance sector and its Products
- Knowledge of current marketing trends, techniques, and best practices

Other Specification:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to make the teamwork
- Sales Oriented and Target-driven with good influence both internal and external stakeholders
- Sales-driven with a target-oriented approach. Be Customer Focused and a relationship Builder

- Regularly follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Meet or exceed sales targets as set by management.
