Samata Gharelu Laghubitta is established with the mission of boosting agricultural production to generate income and employment among the poor by delivering poor friendly and sustainable micro-finance services.

AGE LIMIT:
- For Managerial Level: 21 to 45 years
- For Officer Level: 21 to 40 years
- For Other Positions: 18 to 35 years
- In the case of women, the upper age limit will be increased by 5 years.

Selection Process:
Shortlisted candidates will undergo a written examination, interview, or both.
