Civil Engineer
NMB Bank is seeking a qualified and skilled Civil Engineer to join our team. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for project communication, reporting, and execution while upholding quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Communication and Coordination
- Act as a liaison between NMB management and project stakeholders during the planning phase.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and other project participants.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to management and stakeholders.
- Organize and lead progress meetings with contractors and consultants.

Technical Expertise
- Apply engineering design expertise in partnership with project consultants.
- Estimate quantities from plans and drawings and validate consultants' cost estimates.
- Enforce technical specifications to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
- Review and evaluate tender documentation.

Project Management
- Oversee the timely delivery of working drawings from consultants.
- Aid in the selection of competitive contractors and verify Interim Payment Certificates (IPC).
- Facilitate cash flow management and assist in approving contractual documents (e.g., interior design, HVAC, firefighting systems).
- Provide guidance to contractors on construction methods and material procurement schedules. Problem-Solving
- Address design and construction challenges by offering value engineering solutions.
- Mediate between consultants and contractors to resolve project issues efficiently.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering or Construction Management
- Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience with work specialized in High rise building.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, BBS, Microsoft Project, and relevant design software.
- Thorough understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, building permitprocesses, and national/local building codes.
- Awareness of environmental and social factors in construction projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
