Nepal Bar Council is an independent legal institution established by the Nepal Bar Council Act, 1993.  With a primary objective of regulating legal practice in Nepal, it conducts examination for the purpose of issuing the licence for practicing law.

VACANCY NOTICE
Nepal Bar Council, Kupandol, Lalitpur, invites application from eligible candidates for the various positions. These vacant positions will be fulfilled through open competitive examination which will be conducted by  Public Service Commission (Lok Sewa Aayog)

Qualified and interested Nepali citizens are invited to apply in accordance with the procedure described below.

1. Position: Officer

Age Limit (As of the final date of application)
- For Officer (Sixth Level): Should have completed 21 years and should not exceed 35 years
- For Fifth Level Posts:Should have completed 18 years and should not exceed 35 years
- For women and persons with disabilities: Should not exceed 40 years
- The extended double-fee deadline will not be considered for calculating age or academic qualifications

Required Documents
- Copy of Citizenship Certificate
- Copies of Academic Qualification Certificates
- For degrees obtained outside Nepal, an equivalency certificate is mandatory

Application Deadline :
- with Normal Fee: 2082/03/26 ( 10 July 2025)
- with Double Late Fee: 2082/04/01 (July 17, 2025)
- If the deadline falls on a public holiday, submission is allowed on the next working day
