NABIL Securities Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of NABIL Bank Limited and upcoming Stock Dealer Company invites application from self motivated, dynamic and result oriented Nepalese citizens who have the passion to excel in the capital market for the following positions:

1. Chief Executive Officer

Required Qualification;
> Proven experience with an excellent track record in leading, managing, and inspiring a team of professionals
> At least 10 years’ experience in capital market, domestic/ international banks or financial institutions, of which a minimum of five years should be at senior management level having headed multiple functions/ divisions/ business verticals. Experience in merchant banking, broker house, securities dealer, market maker, treasury in commercial banks as additional advantage.
> At least a Master’s Degree from a recognized university or CA/CFA/ACCA qualifed from recognized institute
> Extensive knowledge of domestic as well as international merchant banking practices and regulations. Ability to set up best business practices and culture to translate vision in to behavior inside organization.
> Age not exceeding 45 years as on 4th June 2023.

2. Investment Executive - 1

Required Qualification;
> At least a Master’s Degree in Management/Economics from a recognized university or CA/CFA/ACCA qualified from recognized institute.
> At least 5 years’ experience in capital market, banks or financial institutions, of which a minimum of 2 years should be at management level. Experience in merchant banking, broker house, securities dealer, market maker, treasury in banks as additional advantage.
> Age not exceeding 40 years as on 4th June 2023.

3. Finance Executive – 1

Required Qualification;
> Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified from recognized institute
> At least 3 years’ experience in Bank and Financial Instituion/merchant banking/Securities companies.
> Having knowledge of NFRS, financial reporting, Neplese Capital Market, investment banking activities, securities business etc.
> Age not exceeding 40 years as on 4th June 2023.

4. Officers – Few

Required Qualification;
> At least a Bachelor Degree from a recognized university
> At least 2 years’ experience in capital market, banks or financial institutions. Experience in merchant banking, broker house, dealer, market maker, legal as additional advantage.
> Age not exceeding 40 years as on 4th June 2023.

5. IT Associates -1

Required Qualification;
> At least a Bachelor Degree in computer science or related field from a recognized university.
> At least 1 year experience in merchant banking, broker house, dealer, market maker, banks & financial institutions as additional advantage.
> Age not exceeding 40 years as on 4th June 2023.

6. Assistants – Few

Required Qualification;
> At least a Bachelor Degree in management from a recognized university
> Experience in merchant banking, broker house, dealer, market maker, banks as additional advantage.
> Age not exceeding 28 years as on 4th June 2023.
