Job Description
Reports To: Manager, Biratnagar Office.
His/her main responsibility is to collaborate with Head of Biratnagar office for smooth agency office management.
Main Responsibilities:
> To ensure smooth operation of the agency office by following company’s standards and procedure for effective, discipline and consistent performance.
> To help draw a strategy to achieve targets for production, manpower, business quality and activity goals.
> To ensure smooth implementation of daily/weekly/monthly activities per agreed agency management practices to achieve the agreed target.
> To provide continuous feedback for improvement.
> To lead and motivate the sales force by removing real or assumed barriers to achieve the target.
> To direct, develop and coach agency/unit managers to recruit and build a professional agent sales force by demonstrating the best practices.
> To challenge agency/unit mangers & field representatives to outperform their targets by persistently following sales process and professional behavior.
> To collaborate with other functions to established synergy for maximization in line with overall goals of the company.
> To ensures quality and reliable service to our customers both before & after sales.
> To ensure MIS related with the Agency is up to date and reported on time.
