Specification
> Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
> Proven track record in business development and sales, with a focus on hire purchase or related financial services.
> Strong understanding of hire purchase, leasing, and finance concepts.
> Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
> Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
> Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
> Demonstrated negotiation and relationship-building skills.
> Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
> Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.

Job Description
