Makalu Air Pvt. Ltd. is an airplane charter company operating within Nepal, with its base in Nepalgunj, Nepal. The company was established in the year 2009 under the Air Operators Certificate issued by the government of Nepal. Since its inception, the company has been actively involved in the operation in far west region ferrying goods and passenger to the remote far west region of Nepal.Currently, Makalu Air is focusing its operations on charter passenger services and charter cargo services exclusively. With our first aircraft based in Nepalgunj with its services focused in the western remote region where services need most by underprivileged and indigenous communities of Nepal.

Job Position: Executive Secretary
> Education Level:Bachelor
> Experience Required:More than or equals to 2 years

> Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role
> Proficient in MS Office
> In depth knowledge of office management
> Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
> Excellent organizational and time-management skills
> Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and negotiation abilities

Job Description
> Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
> Attend meetings and keep minutes
> Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
> Make travel arrangements for executives
> Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
> Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
> Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
> Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
