Job Description Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the big-ticket size business of the Bank with specific focus to project-based lending.
- Identify and solicit new project finance opportunities in targeted sector like infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, real estate.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through market research, networking, and industry engagement.
- Develop and promote project finance products and other relevant banking solutions to potential and existing clients.
- Achieve assigned business development and portfolio growth targets.
- Support consortium lending arrangements where applicable.
- Cross-sell complementary financial products of the Bank.
- Analyze project finance proposals including financial models, cash flow forecasts, and feasibility studies.
- Conduct credit risk assessments and prepare detailed credit appraisal reports.
- Coordinate with legal, technical, and valuation teams for due diligence.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with sanction terms.
- Conduct periodic credit reviews and risk monitoring.
- Ensure adherence to internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Management/Economics, CA, ACCA or equivalent from recognized institution/university
- Minimum 10 years of progressive banking experience, currently working in the managerial level, and at-least 5 years of experience in handling project and consortium financing in commercial/development bank.
