Incharge - Finance and Administration
- Department: Finance and Administration
- Reports to: DCEO
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to the management, regulators, and other stakeholders.
- Frame policies, byelaws, and SOPs to ensure proper internal control, corporate governance, and financial reporting.
- Ensure proper management of the firm’s human capital including succession planning, procurement functions, and other applicable functions of the organization.
- Lead the compliance function as well and financial reporting, taxation, and company laws.
- Frame organization budget in coordination with DCEO and ensure proper implementation and monitoring of the same.
- Frame internal management information systems that provide relevant and timely information for management decision-making.
- Oversee utilization of resources of the organization and make recommendations that maximize the financial returns from the same.
- Overseeing trades, settlements, reconciliation and cashflow management of the firm’s transactions.
Education and Preferred Experience Requirements
- Minimum Qualification of CA/ACCA from a recognized institution. Master’s degree in Finance/Accounts would be an added advantage.
- 3 years of relevant experience in a similar function.
- Thorough knowledge of Nepalese Taxation, NFRS,Applicable Corporate Laws, Companies Act 2063.

Salary
The Annual Cost to Company (ACTC) for this position will range between NPR 610,000 and NPR 1,209,000. A successful candidate’s pay may fall within this range, actual pay will be based on the candidates’ qualifications, specific skills, and experience.
