1. Trainee Assistant – Few
Academic Qualification:
Bachelors Degree in Management or equivalent


2. Branch Managers (Sr. Officer/Officer/Jr. Officer) : Few
Required Competencies:
> Proven skill in vending of Banking Products & understanding of current financial market.
> Having exposure in areas of credit and business development
> At least 3 years of working experience in Banking & Financial Institutions.

Academic Qualification:
> Bachelor’s Degree in Management or equivalent (Preferably Master Degree)


3. Relationship Officers(Jr. Officer/Sr. Assistant/ Assistant) – Few

Required Competencies:
> Proven skill in vending of Banking Products & understanding of current financial market.
> Having exposure in areas of credit and business development
> At Least 2 years of experience in Bank and Financial Institution.

Academic Qualification:
> Bachelor’s Degree in Management or equivalent.


4. Internal Auditor (Officer/ Jr. Officer/Sr. Assistant) –Few
Minimum Criteria:
> Already attended final examination of CA from recognized Institute.
> Preference shall be given to candidates having experience in Bank/Financial Institutions or banking audit experience in audit firms.

Academic Qualification:
> Bachelor’s Degree in Management or equivalent


5. Assistant Level (Sr. Assistant/Assistant/Jr. Assistant) : Few
Required Competencies:
> At Least 1 year of experience in any Bank and Financial institution.

Academic Qualification:
> Bachelors Degree in Management or equivalent.
 

Eligibility criteria for all positions:
> Ability to work independently with flexibility of time and working condition.
> Well-versed and fluent in both written and spoken English and Nepali.
> Competent in Ms Office package.
> Expected to be having positive attitude, smart personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
> Position shall be determined as per candidate’s work experience and qualification.
> Age should not exceed 35 years for assistant level and 40 years for officer level.
