Job Position: Junior Officer (Few)
> Vacancy Code: J0-001/23
> MBA in Finance from a recognized university with First division or CGPA 3.00 out of 4 having minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Securities Broker Company or possess professional qualification as CA/ACCA/CFA. The candidate should possess sound knowledge of capital and securities markets, taxation and relevant laws/regulations of Nepal. Age should not exceed 35 years

Job Position: Chartered Accountant (Junior Officer) (One)
> Vacancy Code: CA-002/23
> Candidates should be Chartered Accountant from ICAN or ICAI. Fresh Chartered Accountants as well as candidates with experience in the area of financial sector or audit field are encouraged to apply. The candidate should possess sound knowledge of capital and securities markets, taxation and relevant laws/regulations of Nepal. Age should not exceed 35 years.

Job Position: Supervisor (Few)
> Vacancy Code: SUP-003/23
> Candidates must have minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Management or economics from a recognized university with at least first division or CGPA 3.00 out of 4, having minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Securities Broker Company. Age should not exceed 30 years.

Job Position: IT Department – Network (Assistant) (One)
> Vacancy Code: IT -004/23
> Candidates must have minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management or equivalent, and with strong working knowledge in enterprise class system level using Active Directory, IT infrastructure and setup, DNS, LAN and WAN Network – Routing and Switching, Network Monitoring and Management Systems, VPN, Firewall, Email setup and IT Security, Manage websites and good knowledge of antivirus system and backup system. The candidate should have at least 1  year work experience in IT sector. Preference shall be given to those candidates who have knowledge/experience in Merchant Banking . Age should not exceed 35 years.

Job Position: Trainee Assistant (Few)
> Vacancy Code: TA-005/23
> It is an entry level position and prior work experience is not required. Candidates must have minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Economics from a recognized university with at least first division or CGPA 3.00 out of 4. Age should not exceed 30 years.

Selection procedure: Written examination (IQ objective and subjective in securities transaction, securities law and regulation and securities and capital market), Interview.
