Buddha Jyoti Micro Finance Limited, obtained Letter of Intent (LOI) recently from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) to operate its head office in Rupandehi district invites applications from qualified, experienced, energetic and committed professionals for the following post:

Job Title: CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER – (1)

Duration: Initially for 4 years.

The CEO is expected as a self-starter and will be given appropriate authority to run the micro finance program on a fully hands-on basis.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:
> Master degree in Management/ Banking/ Finance/ Monetary/ Economics/ Commerce/ Accounts/ Statistics/ Mathematics/ Marketing / Law with at least 2 years working experience in bank/financial institutions (BFIs) or Nepal Government’s Institutions as an officer, or
> Chartered Accountancy or Bachelor’s degree in Management/ Banking/ Finance/ Monetary/ Economics/ Commerce/ Accounts/ Statistics/ Mathematics/ Marketing / Law with at least 3 years working experience in bank/financial institution (BFIs) or Nepal Government’s Institutions as an officer.
> Should have a good understanding of the Nepalese micro financing environment.
> Excellent organizational, communicational and interpersonal skills.
> Ability to handle office equipments and computer functional skill
> Must be fluent in both written and spoken in English and Nepali.
> Age: not exceeding 50 years.


Salary and Remuneration : As per institution’s rule.
