1. Branch Manager (Number - 2)
- Location: Kathmandu and Dadeldhura.

Qualification & Job Responsibilities:
- A minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent or Master's degree in Marketing will be added an advantage.
- S/he should have business development skills, expansion of agency networks & manage agency distribution channels, able to generate new business along with retaining existing ones.

2. Sub-Branch In-charge/Marketing Representative (Number - 25):
- Location: Dhulabari, Sankranti Bazaar, Amardaha, Khandbari, Phattepur (Kanchanpur), Gaushala (Mahottari), Malangwa, Nijgadh, Chhatiwan, Chanauli, Shankhu (Kapan), Chabahil, Gongabu, New Road, Hattigaunda, Bardaghat, Krishnanagar, Bhalubang, Rakam Karnali, Chaurjahari, Jajarkot, Sinja, Dipayal, Bajhang and Gokuleshwor.

Qualification & Job Responsibilities:
- Minimum 10+2 or equivalent or Bachelor in Marketing will be added advantage.
- S/he should be able to generate new business along with retaining existing ones, expand agency networks & manage agency distribution channels.

3. Management Trainee (Number - 15)
- This position requires Fresh Post Graduate Students with a Master's degree in Management or equivalent degree from a recognized university (Master's degree in Marketing will be given preference). Management Trainees shall undergo comprehensive on-the-job and formal training in overall areas of the Company, qualifying them to handle positions of Branch Manager upon successful completion of the training period. Selected candidates shall be deputed in their selected locations provided at the time of application and based on the potentiality of business performance by the candidates/can be placed anywhere in this company's Branches/Departments/Provincial offices across the Country.

4. Trainee Assistant (Number - 15)
- This position requires Bachelor's Degree in Management from a recognized University. Trainee Assistant shall undergo comprehensive on-the-job and formal training in overall areas of the Company, qualifying them to handle Operation, Underwriting, and Overall Administrative activities of the Branch including Marketing management of Life Insurance Policy. Upon successful completion of the training period, selected candidates shall be deputed in their selected locations provided at the time of application submitted by the candidates/can be placed anywhere in the position of Operation In-charge/ Operation Support staff of the Company's Branches/Departments/Provincial Office across the country.

Other Skills, Experiences & Attributes:
Good communication, presentation, and computer skills.

Age should not be exceeding 30 years for Management Trainee and 25 years for Trainee Assistant as of 22nd March 2022.

Corporate Position, Remuneration, Facilities, and Terms of Employment: As per the Company's Policy or Negotiable based on qualifications and past work experiences for above S. No. 1 and 2.
