1. Position: Officer Level

Qualifications & Skills
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified from a recognized institution. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Solid understanding of financial concepts, reporting standards, and data interpretation.
- Proficient in compiling data and generating reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English.
- Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

2. Position: Brand Marketing (Managerial Level)

Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s degree in marketing or business administration or relevant degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in brand marketing with 2 years in Leadership role.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with media agencies and platforms to maximize brand visibility and ROI.
- Proven experience in successfully developing and executing brand campaigns.
- Strong understanding of market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software.
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
- Age not exceeding 45 years.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, and social media).
- Collaborate with creative and media agencies to develop impactful campaigns.
- Work closely with Sales, Product Development, Digital, and Corporate Communication teams.
- Ensure alignment between brand strategy and sales execution.
- Prepare regular performance reports for Senior Management/Board.
