NCM Merchant Banking Limited, a subsidiary of Sunrise Bank Limited is a pioneer merchant banking institution of Nepal. The company renders entire Merchant Banking services like Issue Management, Underwriting, Registrar to the Shares, Depository participant. The company is setting up a separate department to expand the range of its services/activities like mutual fund, portfolio management corporate advisory etc. we are therefore looking for dynamic, career oriented and qualified individuals to fill in various job positions, including the Department Chief, to cater to this segment of business.

Job Position:
Mutual Fund/Portfolio Management: Executive/Management

Minimum Criteria:
> Masters Degree in Management or Economics or CA/CFA from recognized university, preferably a first Division or CGPA 3.00 on a scale of 4.00.
> Earlier experience in mutual fund/portfolio management /merchant banking business.
> Sound knowledge of Nepalese Stock/Capital Market and relevant regulations & byelaws
> Good numerical, analytical, IT & communication skills and problem-solving attitude.
> Ability to work effectively under pressure.
> Age should not exceed 45 years at the time of submitting the application and Nepali language. Computer literacy is a must.
