Deva Bikas Bank Ltd., a National level “B” Class Financial Institution is looking for qualified, dynamic, self-motivated, result oriented & competent personnel having a strong desire to excel in banking career for the following job positions for its Corporate Office/Regional Offices/Existing and Upcoming branches.

POSITION: OFFICER LEVEL
(i) Micro Credit Department (Required No. Few)
Location: Corporate Office (Lal Durbar)

Minimum Qualification and Experience:
> Minimum Bachelor Degree from recognized University/Board, preference shall be given to candidates having Master’s Degree
> Minimum 5 years of relevant and progressive work experience in Bank & Financial Institution including 2 years in supervisory role with sound knowledge of Micro Credit


(ii) Regional Office (Required No. Few)
Location: Kathmandu/Narayangarh/Dhangadhi

Minimum Qualification and Experience:
> Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from recognized University/Board, preference shall be given to candidates having Master’s Degree
> Minimum 5 years of relevant and progressive work experience in Bank & Financial Institution including 2 years in supervisory role with sound knowledge in various banking functions like Credit, Operation and Marketing


(iii) Branch Manager (Required No. Few)
Location: Kathmandu Valley/Chitwan/Dang/Kailali/Kanchanpur/Sunsari/Morang/Jhapa/Rupandehi/Ilam/Dhading/ Kavrepalanchowk/Bardiya/Sindhupalchowk/Nawalpur/Banke/Parsa

Minimum Qualification and Experience:
> Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from recognized University/Board, preference shall be given to candidates having Master’s Degree
> Minimum 5 years of relevant and progressive experience in Bank & Financial Institution including 2 years in supervisory role with sound knowledge of Credit, Operation and Deposit Marketing


POSITION: SUPERVISOR
(i) Regional Office (Required No. Few)
Location: Dhangadhi

Minimum Qualification and Experience:
> Minimum 10+2 from recognized University/Board, preference shall be given to candidates having Bachelor’s Degree
> Minimum 3 years of relevant and progressive work experience in Bank & Financial Institution


(ii) Relationship Manager (Required No. Few)
Location: Kathmandu Valley/Chitwan/Dang/Kailali/Kanchanpur/Sunsari/Morang/Jhapa/Rupandehi/Ilam/Dhading/ Kavrepalanchowk/Bardiya /Sindhupalchowk/Nawalpur/Banke/Parsa

Minimum Qualification and Experience:
> Minimum 10+2 from recognized University/Board, preference shall be given to candidates having Bachelor’s Degree
> Minimum 3 years of relevant and progressive work experience in Bank & Financial Institution


POSITION: ASSISTANT
(Required No. Few)
Location: Kathmandu Valley/Chitwan/Dang/Kailali/Kanchanpur/Sunsari/Morang/Jhapa/Rupandehi/Ilam/Dhading/ Kavrepalanchowk/Bardiya /Sindhupalchowk/Nawalpur/Banke/Parsa

Minimum Qualification and Experience:
> Minimum 10+2 from recognized University/Board, preference shall be given to candidates having Bachelor’s Degree
> Minimum 1 year of relevant and progressive work experience in Bank & Financial Institution for Assistant position


POSITION: JUNIOR ASSISTANT
(Required No. Few)
Location: Kathmandu Valley/Chitwan/Dang/Kailali/Kanchanpur/Sunsari/Morang/Jhapa/Rupandehi/Ilam/Dhading/Kavrepalanchowk/Bardiya/Sindhupalchowk/Nawalpur/Banke/Parsa

Minimum Qualification and Experience:
> Minimum 10+2 from recognized University/Board, preference shall be given to candidates having Bachelor’s Degree
> No prior experience required


Other Eligibility Criteria:
> As on Sep 25th 2019, the applicants should not exceed the age of 40 years for Officer Level and 35 years for other Levels
> Must have proficiency in written/spoken Nepali and English
> Must be computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
> Preference shall be given to local candidates
> Preference shall be given to candidates having two wheeler license


Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the further selection process(es). Telephonic queries directly to the Bank will not be entertained. The Bank reserves the right to reject any/all applications without assigning any reason whatsoever. Canvassing at any stage of the processes shall lead to automatic disqualification.

Applications without disclosure of age and marks/percentage of education level shall be disqualified. For the advertised job positions, selected candidates shall be appointed in various areas depending upon his/her competency.
